SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use USPS First Class Mail for standard shipping which usually takes about 4-6 business days to be delivered.
For expedited shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 2-4 days to be delivered.
Our fastest delivery method is UPS Second Day Air for second day shipping, which takes 2-3 days to be delivered.
We usually ship within 1-3 business days once we receive cleared Paypal payments with confirmed address before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PT). A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.
The Standard shipping, Free Shipping and UPS Second Day Air charge applies only to deliveries in the continental United States (US). Additional shipping charges will be applied to shipments to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Guam and Samoa.
All International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, which usually takes 7 to 28 days to be delivered.
We accept PayPal (immediate payment required) and most major Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
We only ship to Paypal and Credit Card confirmed shipping address given along with the payment.
In case you have a PO box listed as the confirmed address, the order must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and additional charges will be required.
For International buyers, please note that you are responsible for custom duties and brokerage charge.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase, to our valued customers.
Please include the original packing label with a handwritten note stating whether you want a refund or an exchange, so that our shipping department can help you promptly.
The item must be in a new condition with no signs of scratches or being worn, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If the package is returned after 30 days, 20% of order amount will be charged as restocking fee.
We will initiate the refund as soon as we receive the item back.
Provide us with a handwritten note stating the new size.
We will work on your exchange as soon as we receive the item back.
The buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs; Shipping is non-refundable.
