  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    We have three shipping options. USPS First Class Mail for flat rate shipping, USPS Express Mail for expedited shipping and UPS next day air for seconday shipping.
    Please check your tracking number. Also, a tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment. This Fixed Price and Free Shipping & Handling charge only applies to residents of the continental United States (U.S.A.).
    Extra charges will apply for shipments to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Guam, and Samoa.

    All orders exceeding the amount of $100 will receive free shipping (FedEx Ground) within the continental United States.
    We usually ship within 2 Business Day when we receive cleared Paypal payments with confirmed address before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time during weekdays.

    All orders over $300 require your phone number for faster delivery. You can add your phone number while checkout at Paypal. Also, signature is needed upon delivery. International orders: please message us with your shipping address for international shipping quote to your location (we only ship via USPS International Express Mail).

  • PAYMENT METHOD

    We only accept PayPal (Immediate Payment Required), most major Credit Cards and Debit Cards. We only ship to the Paypal and Credit Card confirmed shipping address given with the payment. You can contact Paypal about any payment issue including confirmed address at 1-888-221-1161. If you would like assistance on how to pay with your Credit Card to us, please call us at 1-213-627-1139. If you have a PO Box listed as the confirmed address, the order must be shipped via USPS Priority additional shipping fees will be required. Sales tax is charged for California shipments. International Buyers: Buyers are responsible for custom duties and brokerage charge. Serious bidders only. All payments must be received within 7 days of auction ending date or purchase date.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    We offer free exchange and 30 days return policy.

    Return
    RMA not required Just send item along with receipt back to us. We will initiate refund as soon as we receive the item back. Item must be returned in 30 Days.
    If the package is returned after 30 days 10% of order amount will be charged for restocking fee.

    Exchange
    For exchange: Please send item back to us along with receipt. And mention "Exchange Reqired" on the receipt.
    For Ring Size exchange: Please send item back to us along with receipt. And mention your new ring size on the receipt.

    Refund
    Refund will be given as Money Back. Shipping costs are not refundable & the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
